Refunds & Returns

If there’s a problem with an order, be it damaged, misprinted, or defective we’ll offer a free reprint or a refund. You do not need to return the product, we take full responsibility for these cases.
You just need to send an email explaining the issue with pictures clearly showing the issue to us at XXX@email.com.
You must submit your claim within 30 days of receiving the product.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
